Hello, I'm Katie - the founder and Managing Director at the Bold Goat Co. I'm an award-winning communications, engagement and strategy specialist, and qualified leadership coach. 

 

I founded the Bold Goat Co. to bring together a passion to help organisations harness the power of strategic communications to create positive social impact, with a desire to support communications leaders and teams to thrive in the creative, dynamic and often challenging world we work in.

With a deep commitment to working with socially-driven organisations, I bring extensive experience from working in senior Local Government communications roles and have provided high-impact consultancy across the public and third sectors; creating measurable impact and strategic transformation.

Throughout more than 20 years of experience in marketing and communications, the work I have led has consistently created successful communication and campaign strategies that drive tangible outcomes, earning multiple best-practice industry awards.

 

As lead consultant, I combine strategic insight, creative solutions, and lots of energy to deliver results, while working closely with a network of specialist consultants to provide a collaborative, tailored approach to every project.

In 2020 I acted on my passion for coaching, training and facilitation and became a qualified leadership coach with Barefoot Coaching. Since then, I have loved working with individuals and teams to enhance their leadership skills, build confidence, and drive career growth, unlocking their full potential.

Co-design and coaching techniques are embedded across all the work we deliver, with these skills being used to create successful partnerships with numerous teams to refine and co-create strategies, amplify strengths, foster collaboration, increase influence and support organisational success.
